Current privacy model

Workspace data stays in Chrome extension storage.

In the current DeskVexa build, workspace data is stored using Chrome extension storage and is not sent to a DeskVexa-owned server. If Chrome Sync is enabled, Chrome may sync that data through the user's Google account.

Before launch.

When will DeskVexa launch?

A public launch date has not been announced yet. The Chrome extension is currently being prepared for release.

Which browser is DeskVexa being built for?

The current package is a Manifest V3 Chrome extension.

Does DeskVexa replace the new tab page?

Yes. The current extension uses Chrome's new-tab override to provide the DeskVexa workspace interface.

Can it work with Chrome bookmarks?

Yes. The current build can request the optional bookmarks permission when the user chooses to import bookmark folders.

Is there a contact email?

Not yet. Contact details will be published before the public release.
